How long does it take to design and launch a website?

Most website projects take about 4–8 weeks, depending on the size of the site, the platform, and how quickly content and feedback are provided. Smaller projects may move faster, while larger or more complex builds can take a bit longer. I guide clients through a clear process from discovery and design through development and launch to keep projects moving smoothly.

Do you only build websites in WordPress and Shopify?

WordPress and Shopify are my primary platforms because they provide flexibility, strong performance, and are easy for clients to manage after launch. However, I can also work with other platforms such as Webflow or Squarespace depending on the project needs. During our discovery call, we’ll talk through the best platform for your goals.

Will I be able to update my website after launch?

Yes. I build websites with usability in mind so clients can easily update text, images, blog posts, and basic content without needing a developer. I also provide guidance and documentation so you feel comfortable managing your site after launch. But if that's not your jam and you  prefer ongoing support, I’m happy to help with updates as well on a monthly retainer.

How much does a custom website typically cost?

Website investment varies depending on the scope of the project, number of pages, features, and platform. Most projects fall within a custom range based on the goals of the business and the complexity of the build. During a discovery call, we can talk through your needs and I can provide a clearer estimate for your project.

Do you work with businesses outside of Nashville?

Yes. While I am based in the Nashville area, I work with clients across the U.S. and occasionally internationally. Most projects are completed remotely using collaborative tools and regular check-ins to keep everything running smoothly.

Do you help with SEO when building websites?

Yes. Every website is built with SEO best practices in mind, including clean site structure, mobile responsiveness, performance optimization, and on-page SEO elements like meta tags and headings. While full ongoing SEO campaigns are separate services, the foundation is always built into the website.

What do I need before starting a website project?

Before starting, it’s helpful to have a general understanding of your goals, brand direction, and the type of content you want on your website. If you already have brand assets, photos, or written content, that can help speed up the process. Don’t worry if everything isn’t finalized yet, we can work through the details during the planning phase.

What does the website design process look like?

Every project begins with a discovery phase where we discuss your goals, audience, and website needs. From there I move into design, development, revisions, and final launch. Throughout the process I keep communication clear so you always know what stage the project is in and what’s coming next.
